Swaying Stabilizer (Option)

This function is to reduce false alarms which are caused by the motion of a camera that is installed on a pole and swayed by the wind or earthquake.
Both right side and left side images are swaying at the same time, but the system does not raise false alarms against the swaying of the camera on the left side, due to the stabilizer function as enabled on the left side.
In the right side image, the system raises false alarms for swaying, because the stabilizer function is not valid.
