Swaying Tree Filter

Swaying tree filter is the function which recognizes the movements of trees in background and eliminates those movements.
In the left side image, the filter is valid and the system encloses areas with the blue frame at a position where it has been recognized as swaying trees.
Even in the area where the filter is valid, people are enclosed with the red frame and raise the alerts.
In the right side image without such a filter, the swaying trees are enclosed by the red frame and raise false alarms.
The adjustment of swaying trees filter can easily cause lost alarms and false alarms, so should be made carefully.
In this case as well, the settings of stronger adjustment against the strong winds cause lost alarms in some areas.
